Rules
• If your Terms of Use or Terms of Service invalidate any of my rules, do not contact me for a commission.
- ⚬ That being said, this is a declaration that my terms and conditions overrules any conflicting terms in the commissioners personal Terms of Use regarding my artwork.
- ⚬ By contacting me for a commission, you are agreeing to these terms and will be held responsible for breaking them.
• I do not work for:
- ⚬ Exposure (shout outs, advertisements, credit)
- ⚬ Delayed payment
- ⚬ Digital currency
Copyright
• I retain the copyright to my work and require credit in any post.
• My artwork is not for commercial use. Unauthorized use of my work for commercial purposes will have you blacklisted from ever commissioning me again.
• I strongly oppose generative AI. While I’m sure it may be useful in some fields like medicine and science, I believe it has no place in art and creativity for plethora of reasons, but mainly because it directly steals from other fellow artists. Do not commission me if you believe otherwise.
Payment
• I accept payments through Kofi in Euros.
• Refunds will only be offered if canceled before completion. I will not accept requests for refunds after the drawing is finished and delivered.
Commission Rules
• Work In Progress screenshots will be sent for critique. Major changes will only be allowed during the sketch phase.
- ⚬ Minor Changes: changing small details, eye/mouth positioning, colors, etc.
- ⚬ Major Changes: changing the entire outfit, hair, etc.
• Considering this is a YCH type of commission, it is not possible to modify the poses and backgrounds at all and whichever base the client chose must remain the same. The only thing that can be slightly changed are the facial expressions of the character(s) if requested.
• Do not remove watermarks, trace over or heavily reference my work without permission.
• I am free to use the commissioned work to promote myself unless stated otherwise by the client.
Commission Process
• Once the client chooses the base they want, they will DM me through Kofi. I will then send them a google form to fill out.
• Inside the form, the client will fill out which base they’re buying, their contact information and information about the character(s) they would like to be included, such as:
- ⚬ Character reference sheets (preferably human made) and/or screenshots
- ⚬ Some other details they would like to include in the piece, like specific outfits, hairstyles, etc.
• The commission process is split into 3 “check ins”
- ⚬ Check in 1 – sketch phase – I will send the sketch over to the client for revisions. Once the sketch is approved, the client must pay the full price of the commission through Kofi. I can then move onto the next phase.
- ⚬ Check in 2 – coloring phase – Similarly to the previous check in, I will send the colored piece over to the client for revisions, only this time the client wont be able to request any major changes anymore like previously.
- ⚬ Check in 3 – final render – This is when I send in a preview of the final render. If the client approves, I will then send them the finished piece through a google drive folder.
• The artwork should take a maximum of 1 month to be fully finished.
• While I do have the aforementioned check ins set in stone, the client is free to request updates on the piece at any point during the process.
• Communication between me and the client will be through either Kofi or Bluesky DMs. Alternatively, the client can also keep in touch with me by emailing me at kamuizzy336@gmail.com, but DMs are preferred.
(P.S.: Because of Discord’s recent ID/age verification being put in place for everyone, I decided I wont be using it for commissions anymore and am currently looking for alternatives instead. To those who have commissioned me in the past through Discord, if you’re interested in commissioning me again, please use the communication methods I wrote down in the previous point.)

I have the right to retain screenshots of the commission conversation as a protective system in the case of slanderous remarks. By messaging me, you agree to my terms and will accept the enforced penalties if you fail to follow through. Penalties include: cancellations, the potential of no refund, black listing, and an artists beware post. The refusal of refunds is only applicable if the commission experience is incredibly deplorable due to your behaviour. Understand that I am a human first, and artist second. I have the right to refuse to work with anyone who talks down to me, treats me poorly, makes me uncomfortable, sexualises or objectifies me. If I choose to take a penalizing action, I will send a courtesy message explaining what lead to the cancellation and any other action. As a protective measure I will screenshot evidence and the courtesy message to justify slander.
